Genau mit der gleichen Begründung wollte ich ja aus dem Darlehn als Schuldner entlassen werden. Da dies nun nicht auf diesem Weg klappt muss ich mir was anderes einfallen lassen.
Durch dieses Schreiben hat sich nun jedoch mein Gegenüber verändert. Bisher hatte ich mich mit meiner Ex-Frau auseinander zu setzen, nun mit der Bank.
Fühle mich ziemlich frustriert, da ich eigentlich auf eine andere Antwort gehofft und auch daran geglaubt habe. Und mir nun nur noch die Hoffnung bleibt, das meine Ex-Frau weiterzahlen will und kann.
Ich ärgere mich über die Bank, über meine Ex-Frau und vor allem über mich. Warum habe ich - als ich die Schuldhaftung unterzeichnete - mir keine Sicherheit geben lassen?
